Making A Complaint
If you have a complaint about the use of your personal information, please let a member of staff in the hotel know giving them the opportunity to put things right as quickly as possible.
You can make a complaint in person, by phone, by email or by post. Please address the complaint to the General Manager of the hotel who will respond to you with an acknowledgement of the compliant and how it will be investigated. We ask that you supply as much information as possible to help our staff to resolve your complaint quickly. Please be assured that all complaints will be investigated fully.
