Business & Conference Delegate Rates

Our Delegate Rates allow event organisers to choose cost effective packages when there are more that 10 delegates attending a meeting. If you require a meeting room for a shorter period of time, please ask. We can also offer some of our interview rooms at an hourly rate making us one of the most sought after Belfast Hotels.

Delegate Package 1 includes

• Main conference room hire 8am – 5pm
• Tea/coffee & selection of scones on arrival
• Mid-morning tea/coffee & biscuits
• Soup and sandwich lunch with tea/coffee
• Afternoon tea/coffee & traybakes
• Equipment – Screen, projector, flipchart, podium and standard microphone
• On site secure car-parking

Delegate Package 2 includes

• Main conference room hire 8am – 5pm
• Tea/coffee & selection of pastries on arrival
• Mid-morning tea/coffee & biscuits
• 1 course hot fork buffet lunch or 6 item finger buffet with tea/coffee
• Afternoon tea/coffee & traybakes
• Equipment – Screen, projector, flipchart, podium and standard microphone
• On site secure car-parking

Delegate Package 3 includes:

• Main conference room hire 8am – 5pm
• Tea/coffee & bacon rolls on arrival
• Mid-morning tea/coffee & pastries
• 2 course hot fork buffet lunch with tea/coffee (main course & dessert)
• Afternoon tea/coffee & traybakes
• Equipment – Screen, projector, flipchart, podium and standard microphone
• On site secure car-parking
