The Wellie Bar & Grill
The Wellington Park Hotel is delighted to introduce its new “Wellie Bar & Grill.”
The restaurant is bright and contemporary in design yet warm and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff at your service.
Open each day from midday, the restaurant serves an informal menu ranging from light lunches including homemade soups, sandwiches and salads to favourite lunch dishes including beer battered cod and chicken penne pasta.
For dinner the restaurant takes on a more intimate feel, as the lights dim and the sun sets. Dinner is served from 5pm to 10pm daily (5pm to 9pm on Sunday). The selection of starters has international influences, while the Head Chef’s passion for local fish dishes and traditional beef dishes is obvious from the variety of main courses.
A Table d'Hote Menu is also available for large parties and groups. Booking is required and a small deposit may be necessary.
Opening hours:
- Breakfast: Monday to Friday, 7am-10am/Weekends 7am to 10.30am
- Carvery lunch: Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 2pm , Sunday 12.30 to 3pm
- A la Carte Dining: Monday to Sunday 12 midday until 10pm.
- NEW DINNER MENU- served from 5pm- 10pm
The Wellie Lounge
Recently renovated, the comfort of large over-stuffed sofas or modern café style seating is your choice here to dine in what has very quickly become one of the most popular dining options on the Malone Road. A very pleasant "eclectic" all day menu with lighter fare is served here until 11pm every day.
The Wellie Lounge is open Monday to Sunday from 8am.
