Training At The Wellington Park Hotel, we are committed to the training and development of staff at all levels.
Training activity ranges from one to one training to certificated training through external programmes. In addition to skills training our off job programmes include statutory training, I.T. training, customer care and management skills development. In all cases training needs are identified based on individual requirements and business objectives.
At the heart of our policy to develop and motivate people is our Management Training Scheme. This is a unique and personalised scheme, tailor made to meet an individual's development requirement allowing them to reach their full potential within the Company. The scheme involves a period of training in key departments within the hotel with successful completion resulting in a Trainee Management position. When there is an opening in this scheme it is advertised in our 'Current Vacancies' section.
