Our Delegate Rates allow event organisers to choose cost effective packages when there are more that 10 delegates attending a meeting. If you require a meeting room for a shorter period of time, please ask. We can also offer some of our interview rooms at an hourly rate making us one of the most sought after Belfast Hotels.

McWilliam Suite – the best in the business
The jewel in the Wellington Park’s crown is the air-conditioned McWilliam Suite, which can accommodate up to 350 delegates in comfort and features the most up-to-date, technically advanced equipment available including; a full p.a. system, Visualiser, TV/ Video, PowerPoint presenter, 35mm projector and Data projector - all operated from a central point.
In addition, the Wellington Park Hotel offers the flexibility of 12 further independently controlled, sound proofed syndicate rooms and two further conference rooms to suit groups of 50 and 150.
All this with ample breakout space to maximise networking opportunities!
